Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is clearly defined to ensure a fair and organized shopping experience.


First: Return Policy

Non-Returnable Products:

Since our products include fresh, chilled, and frozen meats, they are non-returnable once received by the customer, in order to maintain health and food safety standards.

Exceptions:

Return requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If the delivered product is different from what was ordered.
  • If the product is damaged or not fit for consumption upon receipt.

In such cases, a return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear images showing the issue.


Second: Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:

A product can be exchanged only in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged or does not match the specifications listed on the website.
  • If an incorrect product was delivered instead of the ordered item.

An exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear images showing the issue.

Exchange Processing Time:

  • Once the issue is verified and the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days for customers in Madinah.
  • For customers in other cities, delivery will take 2-4 business days, depending on the location.
